First, we’ll meet at our beautiful Wedding Showroom in Denton Manchester, or online to discuss your ideas with our Styling Team. We’ll cover topics such as colour schemes, your venue, floral design, and your vision for styling and design.

Following our initial consultation, our team will head back to the office with your requirements to create a customised quote for you—this process may take a couple of days. Once completed, we’ll email it to you for your review.

BOOKING

When you’re satisfied with your quote, we will request a £100 deposit to secure your booking. After that, we’ll begin crafting your unique Styling Plan and design proposal. Throughout your journey with Ex-Pose Events, you’re welcome to make as many adjustments to the Styling Plan as you wish; we understand that preferences can evolve, and that’s perfectly alright!

SIX WEEKS BEFORE

We will invite you back to our Styling Showroom as a VIP guest to present a mock-up table design in person.  We discuss the plans to ensure you are completely satisfied with the design. At this meeting, we’ll also need your final guest count.

ONE MONTH BEFORE

The final balance is due about one month prior to the wedding. At this point, we will coordinate delivery times with your venue and communicate with any other suppliers as necessary. You can relax as your big day approaches, knowing that Ex-Pose Events is managing every detail, allowing you to focus on preparing for the most important day of your life.

STYLING CREATION

As your wedding day approaches, we will gather your selected props, create bespoke items, design your floral arrangements, and prepare for installation at your venue according to our agreed-upon plans.

NSTALLATION

On the wedding morning or the day before, if arranged with your venue, we will arrive early to set up the customised styling. We’ll remain available as long as needed to ensure everything looks perfect throughout the day. If adjustments are needed after the ceremony, we’ll be on hand to assist.

TAKE DOWN

Once your beautiful wedding day concludes, we will return to the venue to collect everything, whether at 1 AM or the following day. We’ll take it all back to our showroom to clean and store it, allowing you to start your married life without any worries.
